As a small, emerging business, we are currently unable to offer refunds or returns on any purchases. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.

We encourage you to explore our scent descriptions and collections carefully before purchasing. 

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nektarperfumes@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.
